Materials are provided for your personal or internal organisational use in connection with the engagement. They may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or used to deliver competing services without our prior written consent.
We treat information shared during coaching and consulting engagements as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law.
We ask that you extend the same confidentiality to other participants in group programmes and workshops.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of our website or services.
